I took a wrong turn

A bend in the road led me astray
I walked in to a grove of strange trees
Rain fell on bell shaped leaves, slithered down red tree trunks
Yellow flowers fluttered in the wind
A unicorn shook her white mane and went on munching
Her baby did a comical wobble towards the pond
A blue frog jumped into the pond
I was home.

You smile a cheeky smile 
Flirt with me with your eye 
I feel your warm breath on my neck 
I turn around to kiss you
And … you run 
Smirking at my despair….
